Strong Wi-Fi in lobby for convenience.
My room had an incredibly loud toilet, which wouldn’t stop running, interrupting my sleep all night. To make matters worse, the staff was utterly indifferent when I reported my concerns. she simply mentioned that the maintenance person would arrive later without acknowledging my discomfort. Additionally, the shower design was utterly impractical, as water would spray wildly, creating a slippery mess in the bathroom. I expected better for the price I paid!
